Does any one know the scientific reason why women have cravings before their period?
The theory is that the body becomes more sensitive to insulin due to the hormone changes but all the medical studies I have looked at shows that blood glucose actuall stays stable during this time.
Also what would be the best way to control these cravings, especially for someone on a strict diet to lose fat?
