Your looking great bud! My only suggestion is to get some help with your posing as that is going to be detrimental to on how well you present yourself on stage.
You would hate to come in big, shredded and on the button and your posing not show all you hard work.

Yeah, in your front double, you might want to bend your legs a little bit less, which will give you a bit more flow.

I saw you on MD and said this same thing, that you look really good, and that I like your physique a lot. Those others that say you won't do well, don't know shit. With 4 weeks left, you are in good shape to be ready. I'd say another 5-8 lbs(mostly water) and you'll be sliced. I think you have a good shot at top 10 or better, which would be great for your first National show.

i disagree with anyone that says you are not on track, for 4 weeks your where you need to be. legs appear to be leaner from the back than your mid to lower back. that was the only thing that caught my eye in terms of flaws. give em hell
