Thanks for posting those again. I know I still have a lot of things to work on with my phisique, but I can definately see improvement after only three months with Phil. I have been doing what he says and it has been working, which is a testament to him. I am 218-220 lbs right now, having dropped a lot of fat since the last pics right before hiring phil. I am going to do my first competition in May of 2008, a natural show. I am looking forward to it and am excited to see what kind of shape I will get in. Flexmaster has been helping a lot with my training and it would be tough to make the improvements I have made without his help. Please offer any criticism/comments you have . Thanks.

Hey nbap, Very nice changes there! Did you say three months? that's good going. Listen to Phil and follow his advice to the letter. He knows what he is doing. Your legs show excellent improvement as does your waistline. Great fat loss!! keep training hard and put up some more pics soon!

i don't see it oldfella, the pics to me clearly showed an enlarged waistline.

the left ones are the newest ones. the ones on the right are from 2.5-3 months ago.
