hey guys, i just downloaded firefox...and all is fine, except i cannot get onto the internet...says connection isn't there...??? but my explorer is on-line...wtf??? i am confussed as fuck! thanks for any1 who helps

Congrats on using a better browser than IE.. I would go ahead and reboot your machine and try it again. Usually when troubleshooting issues like this, I think someone has messed with their proxy settings, etc. Being this is a fresh install, that is not probably the case. So I would reboot, check to see if Mozilla can browse sites, if not, and you can browse from IE. I would probably re-install, as Firefox is a pretty solid browser.
