how do I change IP settings with Mozilla?

After doing some security reading on here I downloaded the mozilla key scrambler, and I tried following how to use an anonymous IP address but all the directions are of Internet Explorer or Netscape. Can anyone tell me how to do this using mozilla? Thanks.

Or, do programs that you don't have to download but instead use them through your current browser work? I am on here right now with mozilla but through proxyfoxy.com and Big A has my IP address wrong! DO I WIN?

To use a proxy server go to tools... options... advance... network... settings... click 'manual proxy configuration' then tick use this proxy server for all protocols and fill out the http proxy address and port number then ok
