i have found that i am allergic to alot of artifical sweetners like nutrasweet,splenda etc.... they make my throat swell,give me headaches and leave my mouth and tounge with a god awful aftertaste that stays with me a entire day. my question is i am on a modded carb diet...how bad is real sugar when used in sparing amounts? for example i use reduced sugar preserves in my cottage cheese. are these things going to make it exceedingly difficult to drop 1 to 1.5 % bf?im at 10% now but would like to be about 9.
