Hey. Hoping someone out there can help me out with some workout ideas. I want to get thin and cut but I have a lot of loose fat around my belly and butt. Ive lost 60lbs so far and I'm looking to loose more. Im early 20's, 5 foot 9, 200 lbs. I would like to get down to between 170 and 160. I am also looking to get lots of definition in my arms and legs. Im also trying to get rid of my gut asap. Please help!!!

Congrats on losing the 60lbs so far. That's an amazing accomplishment. Right now a good diet should be a priority. Come up with a solid plan, track your calories and follow it. I would do fasted cardio in the morning if possible. Maybe some full body circuit weight training in the afternoon a few days a week. Hopefully some others will jump in here and give you some ideas. In the meantime start researching to set up your diet and keep striving for your goal. You'll get there.
 
60lbs is no joke! Good fucking job. And kudos for having a realistic goal too. No doubt you can get smaller but 160ish is a reasonable goal. Just keep in mind that fat loss can often plateau for a time and you have to stay the course.

What did you do to lose the 60lbs? Good diet is gonna be key, but so is weight lifting and cardio.

Congratz! Thats a very good work. Depends from a body, but from my experience, nothing happens without a good and strict diet.
 
Awesome girl! I've been a trainer of women for 30 years. You should be proud! Just be patient. However I don't agree with guys that say diet and cardio should be your focus, not true. True muscle building exercises will help you more. Building muscle will transform you body to become much harder and tighter. Fit is sexy! Muscle is sexy (not big muscles, girly muscles!)
Now after you learn hardcore stuff like bench for chest, squats for legs and rows for back (of course on separate days) then you can focus on the right amount of diet and cardio, you must do it all. You came this far now finish it!
 
Bad ass job! Keep it up and keep us updated and post more questions!!! As one other said, keep your diet spot on, stick to a program and keep pushing yourself!

I saw some people working hard, without good results (wrong diet and stuff) which made their motivation to further work to ground zero. Lets hope you never quit and keep us updated.
 
Great work girl, everytime you exercise you're changing your body. Look at what you're doing and enjoy it.

but to be honest the females are the worst to work with.
they lie the most.....and lie right to your face...!!!!

then say "its your fault" they didn't lose any weight...!!!

Congratulations, great effort so far. I assume you dropped the 60 lbs doing weights?

Best to be hitting every body part once a week. The extra muscle helps take care of the previous body-fat that stretched skin out and only way to keep skin more tight in glutes, arms, etc
