Hey. Hoping someone out there can help me out with some workout ideas. I want to get thin and cut but I have a lot of loose fat around my belly and butt. Ive lost 60lbs so far and I'm looking to loose more. Im early 20's, 5 foot 9, 200 lbs. I would like to get down to between 170 and 160. I am also looking to get lots of definition in my arms and legs. Im also trying to get rid of my gut asap. Please help!!!
