i have made niclosamide stock solution (10mM) in DMSO. Further i made serial dilutions in opt- mem for my MTT assay . At concentration of 300 micromolar , i saw some yellow clouds of niclosamide tablets coming out. Can anyone please suggest to me the right solubility procedure for niclosamide? Moreover, I kept the stock solution in a 4-degree fridge, stock solution freeze down.
