This might seem like a dumb question but here it goes...
My roommate has two felony fraud convictions for pawning stolen shit. She is willfully unemployed and pays her bills by befriending people, borrowing money, and not paying them back. Then she moves on to the next victim.
I just found an eviction notice which is available online as a legal document for landlords. Florida 10-2.1a.
Title says from landlord to tenant. It demands payment and that I vacate the property in 3 days. And also that I am in debt to her for the rent. The form makes her circle one, landlord or property manager. She circled PM. Form says the payment goes to her personally, NOT the proper landlord.
Nevermind the rent, can I get charges pressed against the cunt? Misrepresenting herself/info for financial gain? She did sign the document.
