My Coinbase account was hacked... Any possible resolution to recover funds. If nothing else, maybe it will save one of you from losing funds.

You can store the wallet on a USB drive right? Only plug it in when buying or selling? Sounds safe from What little I understand

A hardware wallet is a USB device you can plug into your computer and is accessed via an app you install. You should keep the device in a safe secure place so if you lose it you are out of luck.

After a long, tedious process… I’ve settled with both Coinbase and T-Mobile through arbitration. I did end up hiring a lawyer.

I had someone trusted walk me through the whole process. I feel much better about it now.

I’ll just fund the account when I send donations out and just have the spare change in there.

I don’t need the crypto bitches walking off with investment type funds in there and pulling a Bernie Madoff.

If you have large holdings keep them in a secure hardware wallet and not on any online exchange and only transfer what you need from the hardware wallet for your purchases.
