Where the heck is your [all important] fat intake here?
Check out the mountain dog diet - you'll feel much healthier for it (I'm assuming that you don't have a very high fat percentage in your overall plan?)
Im actually 2 weeks out from a show, Thats why
I try staying as lean as possible all year around.

4 slices turkey bacon
1/4 cup fat free cheese
spinach, mushrooms
1 cup grapefruit juice
cube steak and eggs baby w/2 pieces toast..
