Where the heck is your [all important] fat intake here?

Check out the mountain dog diet - you'll feel much healthier for it (I'm assuming that you don't have a very high fat percentage in your overall plan?)

I started a thread like this already. A lot of good breakfasts people are eating.

As for your breakfast it sounds tasty but I never drink my breakfast. Your body digest that to fast. Always whole food for me ;-)

Im actually 2 weeks out from a show, Thats why
I try staying as lean as possible all year around.

2 whole eggs,1 cup of egg whites ( from carton ),1 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and 2-3 tbls of chocolate lba on top.
 
On a cut:

1 whole egg, 3/4 cup of egg whites (from carton), A few ounces of roast beef, 1/2 cup of oatmeal or Ezikiel Bread.
 
3/4 cup whites, 2 slices whole wheat thin bread, glass of grapfruit juice and 6 hole almonds for fat.
 
Most of the time I'll have 6-8 eggs maybe with a bit of cheese and some toast. If I don't then I'm having oatmeal and a protein shake.
I ingest the bulk of my supps with the first meal too
 
1 cup oats
2 scoops WPI
1 raw egg
1 tsp ginger extract (5% gingerols)
1/2 cup Organic blueberries
1 TBSP raw honey
2 cups raw milk

Blend together, delicious and easy for a quick breakfast. I usually eat a whole food meal 90 minutes later or so when I'm at work.
 
Not too fancy... Just simple!

16 egg whites

home-made: protein pancake
 
cube steak and eggs baby w/2 pieces toast..
 
1 cup oats
1 cup yoghurt
10 egg whites
3 egg yolks
glass of milk
banana


the blender is my best friend in the morning....
 
on a bulk
3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup egg beaters
1 cup oatmeal. 1 tbsp brown sugar.
