This is why I love HGH... I have heard people say it wont do shit unless your over 40 or you have to run it for 6 months to see anything or whatever... its all bullshit.... I was 27 first time I ran it... 5iu ED then 10 iu ED for 10 days... within a month of starting I noticed a HUGE difference..

I have never taken GH before and just started at 10 IUs a day 4 days ago. I know it takes a while for effects from it to be seen but say my GH is legit (blue tops) how long will it be before i start noticing a difference at that dose?

Can you post your diet if you dont mind? id love to see what the big guys on this forum like you, johnJuan and Osiris are eating on a regular basis?

Typically, a.m coffee, aspirin and l-carnitine w- 3iu's gh and 10 slin.
180 carbs pre a.m. workout, honey,raisens and size-on w bcaa's, creatine and glutamine. Post 100 gms whey w- 3-10iu's gh...Off days- LR3@100 mcgs.
One hr later, 8 eggs raw and a bagel, then every 2 hrs.
Yesterday, Beef noodle soup w- extra italian beef - 2 pieces deep dish pizza [cheese and sausage] - peanut butter w-crackers and a half gallon of milk - dessert 1 hostas cupcake[ last one or I would of had two and finish off the rocky road before bed.
Currently out of chicken breast.lol

Do you need to use slin with the GH?

I really never understood (in layman's terms) the correlation between insulin and GH.

I saw the other thread in which a member claims GH caused him to become diabetic.
