My wife and I are about to digest a bunch of lobster tails bathed in butter and later head next door with a bottle of Reposado Tequila to celebrate into 24.

Plan is to drink till midnight , maybe longer and stumble a short distance home and happy!

A bunch of rolling targets but the important ones are to spend more time with friends and loved ones. Do more things that make me happy.

I’m training back. What better way to start the new year then with a heavy ass back workout.

But 2024 is about finding the best version of myself in all aspects. It’s the goal I always to strive and push towards as I get older.

Eeeessssh,,,, Tequila…… Man I can’t even tolerate the smell after a BAD bender with tequila back ~2007. That hangover was soooooooooo terrible!!!!! What made it worse was it took 2 days to come back from the hangover, then I got the flu for 10 days!

I’ll NEVER EVER touch tequila again!!!! NEVER!

Very good plan! Just got all my annual heart test before going into the 2024 season. 70% EF rate.
