IM for GH and subq for peptides...thats what I do, but really does not matter. As long as you got legit stuff it will work just as good either way

peps IM really have no local affect other than swelling of facia, they all have to go systemic in order for them to affect the body's natural actions - all but DES and LR3 that is

Today I tryed 2iu im ( normally I do. 3iu sq) hit hard. Fing lower back, ankle, elbows. Going to try 1iu im x2 a day.or go back to 3iu sq. Sq is a slower longer release up to 24hours from what I have read. Im is faster only in the system for 8.
I have been on 3iu for 5 to 6 weeks sq.
