Is tb500 for golfers elbow or bpc157

I no it’s easy to say run both, but tb500 is not exactly cheap. Cheaper than a doc visit, X-ray, mri, physical therapy, etc. I could afford it if absolutely needed.

Is one better suited for tendonitis over the other. Is one more valuable for certain injuries than the other?

I no you could also say, start with bpc and see. But I’m looking to see which is better for tendonitis. Thanks

Would seem the BPC-157 would be better. But u never had much luck with either. But my injuries may have been beyond there abilities.

I have been using both for several months now. From what I have read, BPC seems more for anti-inflammatory effect so that may be more beneficial for you. TB500 seems to have more tendon associated repair-related benefits, I guess depending on how severe your injury is.

I use both in conjunction for best results whenever i get tendinitis or any other aches/strains. I use BPC year round to try and fight off any injuries in the works and if something starts to bother me I add in the TB with it which has seemed to work great for me thus far. It most definitely cut my healing time in half after I had heart surgery. I was fully healed at 6 weeks externally even if my insides were still not fully back to their presurgery state but I figure that will take 6+ mo it was such a stressful and hard surgery.

Just saw a video where Kurt haven(?) Goes into details about both, (hopefully someone can post it) and what I got is that tb500 may be beneficial only immediately after injury

For golfer's elbow, the only thing that finally worked for me was using a Flexbar. Look up the Reverse Tyler Twist. I swear by this and have purchased a few of these for friends who are now believers. It's cost-effective too so you can run it alongside whatever peptide(s) you decide on.
