MEREDITH ALSO HAS BIG ARMS. SHE PISSES ME OFF AS WELL. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO THE SUBJECT OF GOOD ARMS CAME UP AND OF COURSE "I" WAS LEFT OUT OF THE CONVERSATION. (THE COCKY FUCKERS)

BOTH STARTED TALKING SHIT AND AN IMPROMPTU ARM WRESTING MATCH BROKE OUT.

RESULTING IN MY FRIEND MAT'S HOSPITALIZATION.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION (HIS TEMPORARY INABILITY TO TRAIN BICEPS)! I SEND HIM "COOL" PICS OF MYSELF DOING EXERCISES LIKE THIS!
