Good to see you posting. I am not on here as much as I would like to be.

We have a different regime here at the school that in past years. lol.

I bounce in here from time to time. Ive been traveling a lot as things are getting pretty busy with the shows picking up now. I still need to head out your way to relax and have lynx make me some monster cookies.lol Old school with the tank top and jeans. There's a lot of college kids where I train now and almost all of them have the air lat syndrome wearing t-shirts with the sides cut out of them.

I got to chuckling when I saw your pic. Remember when we were training at Golds in Vegas and you were mistaken for Gary Strydom? Lol

We had a good time working out that day. I still have those pictures.

I have to be honest- that made my day when someone actually thought
I could have been Strydom. Obviously that guy was retarded...but still...I liked it. Lol.

I don't know how you find the energy to judge all those shows. Holy crap.

If you do make it out- you sure as hell won't have to worry about missing workouts
