I've been using white rice as my main source of carbs for the past 2yrs mainly because of the convenience of being able to cook 4-cups at a time, and leaving it in my asian cooker to be eaten throughout the week.
I recently came across this recipe that incorporated sweet potatoe and chicken. Pior to cooking this meal, I never messed with sweet potatoe mainly because you need to cook them for 45min in the oven, and seems tedious.
Today, I ate every meal with sweet potatoe, as opposed to my regular rice. Normally, I'm fucking hungry at all times throughout the day, no if's and's or but's. Not only do sweet potatoes make my taste buds blow loads, but they make me feel sooo damn full I hardly move, probably cause the potatoes are about 3x in volume for equal carbs. I feel preps are going to be that much easier?
