a little carb cycling. not as much as others do
carbload evry sat, but had to start fri night after a while because I would hit baseline too fast
cardio increased as i went. now 2x per day. a little more intense now then it was
training didnt change at all. trying to keep strength and not loose anything as far as reps and weights as best I can
