Yes it is lot of movement burns lot of calories and uses every major muscle I even do it with females jus much less weight little higher rep pattern it's one those movements when you have someone start doing it they like it cuz they get quick results
Bump, if I had to choose one lift and only one lift to do over and over again it would be the snatch. Plus I like heavy front squats for their ability to build core strength and stability. Snatch balance is another good overall strength builder
Now that's tight!! lol I feel that front squats are definitely more of a full body exercise over back squats. With very heavy frt squats you definitely have to keep your core and shoulder girdle very tight, more so than back squats in my opinion.
Are you training in general or do you have a meet in mind?
Curious about numbers, there is only 9kg difference between Sn and cl&pj. Was that the focus for this session, ie: snatch, or is this a very typical spit in wt between the two lifts?
