ive got a lot of PMs from members (and personal friends) on how
I look today. I found a decent postworthy pic from the end of the
summer. I pretty much took the whole entire summer OFF completely.
OFF COMPLETELY......
I did do some bike riding, and LIGHT jogging on the beach.
lol, we went to the beach pretty much every weekend, all weekend.
tried to eat as clean as I could, we did a lot of drinkin, (beer)
but just tried to stay active.
this was also an experiment for me, because ive always been scared
to just STOP everything, I felt burned out, my hips hurt, my elbows
hurt, my lower back had consistent dull pain, i had enough.....
i went from 255 to 225 in a matter of 8 months, and held steady right
at 225, for a total of about 13 months of NO GYM or weight training.
since jan of last year. i have since started slowly getting back into it
as of feb 2014. we will see how it goes.
anyway heres the pic of us clownin around one day late aug at the beach.
no weight training since jan.
