ive got a lot of PMs from members (and personal friends) on how
I look today. I found a decent postworthy pic from the end of the
summer. I pretty much took the whole entire summer OFF completely.
OFF COMPLETELY......

I did do some bike riding, and LIGHT jogging on the beach.
lol, we went to the beach pretty much every weekend, all weekend.

tried to eat as clean as I could, we did a lot of drinkin, (beer)
but just tried to stay active.

this was also an experiment for me, because ive always been scared
to just STOP everything, I felt burned out, my hips hurt, my elbows
hurt, my lower back had consistent dull pain, i had enough.....

i went from 255 to 225 in a matter of 8 months, and held steady right
at 225, for a total of about 13 months of NO GYM or weight training.
since jan of last year. i have since started slowly getting back into it
as of feb 2014. we will see how it goes.

anyway heres the pic of us clownin around one day late aug at the beach.
no weight training since jan.

Crazy part is, i know plenty of guys who dont look as good as your 225 shot on aas. I think the amount of muscle you keep is underestimated when discontinuing a cycle, unless you really did rely on the aas only. I recently did a break of 8 weeks 125mg per week, no where near to what you have done obviously, reduced my food and severely cut back my training i was shocked at how little i lost tbh, i was at a size that previously took a lot of eating and training to get to along with supplementation of aas.

Taking that break for so long, surprised you decided to jump back in...You look what 99% of the population would consider and excellent physique, any reason you didnt just keep this up? I would guess if you started working out you could be 235-240 in same condition no? That is really a lot of muscle, well done.

Lucky mofo...the physique you have in that picture is what I'd be shooting for ON gear, a strict diet, and a consistent workout routine haha. Some of you guys just got it so damn lucky...


Quick question...you say you took a good 8 months off (before that pic...13 months total I understand), but you took the summer off of gear...were you still running a decent amount of gear for the 5 months you weren't working out? I guess gear to me (with the exception of TRT) has always seemed to be a "only taking when I'm in a position to get to the gym as much as I want" kind of decision. I understand you had an insane amount of muscle before that that you obviously wanted to keep on (hence the decision to stay on I'm guessing), but just out of curiosity, how much of those 30lbs (255>225) did you lose while still on gear, and how much did you lose over the summer while off of gear?
