I would like to get everyone's opinion on the morning run before breakfast. I've been told it's good for fat loss. Then heard someone say u could lose muscle . I guess everyone is different, thanks for ur time guys/ladies ! [emoji3]
I like to start my day with about 15 mins of jogging/sprinting as a sort of HIIT training to burn fat and not lose muscle (hence the sprinting). I do about 1 minute of jogging then 15-20 second bursts of sprinting
I've only been doing it about a week, I feel like I have more energy through the day will update later on when I've done it longer would just like some feed back on anyone else who does this
I swear by fasted cardio first thing in the morning. I've alternate 4-5x per week between the treadmill & elliptical. I do 30-45 minutes depending on how much time I have on my hands. Every 3 weeks I add a 2nd session in after dinner for 30 minutes on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Good luck with your goals.

Every morning I have a cup of decaf with 2 servings of chocolate LBA's and shortly after I run 2 miles. Then a good ole breakfast afterwards. Then a couple hours later I do a light workout just to stay somewhat in shape (no longer lift for size).

I do all Cardio 30-60 after waking up on an empty stomach. From the reading/research I've done doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will burn an extra pound of body fat a month over doing it in the evening after a workout. I keep my heart rate between 130-150bpm. Ive had great luck doing it this way!
I've been doing fasted cardio in the morning 4 days per week for the last couple months. I feel it keeps my metabolism burning hotter. On days when I don't do it I feel like I missed out.
I do the treadmill or stationary bike. Keeping my heart rate anywhere between 120 and 145 r so depending on how I feel that day.
