HI 
I'm currently on cruise but will be blasting again around January 26.
I made a lot of asshole mistakes first blast so my second one I want to do right.
I'm wondering what organ support I might wanna look into?
I'm either going with a primo and low dose test base cycle or
600-800 mg test e and GH as my cycle.
My last one was test e for 6 months. 500-600 mg. Anavar was used here and there.
I took nothing for support just a multivitamin. I also ate like trash 24/7 slept 5 hours a night and didn't take any A.I. for most of it.
I gained 20 lbs mostly all lean tissue in like 8 weeks. I started out at 12% bf. I was working out 5 days a week and doing active recovery In between.
Then at some point around 13 weeks I was getting ill. I barley worked out and stopped eating enough, I kept my strength but had zero motivation and just wanted to lay down all the time. I felt major lethargy Like something inside me was shutting down.
This went on for roughly a month.
I then began taking an A.I. stopped using anavar all together got slightly better sleep and stopped eating fast food everyday. This helped a lot I felt a lot better but I was still not back to normal.
Onice I started taking the A.i. the worst of it went away.
I convert heavily so maybe having too much estrogen makes u feel this way.
I ended up losing about 8-10 lbs of mass in the end. The biggest issue I think was that I stopped eating enough calories when I got ill.
I never stopped the test throughout yet I still lost the 10 lbs of mass.
Now that I'm on 170 mgs cruise I feel completely fine.
My goal is to bulk back up to 200+lbs where I was my biggest except this time don't be an asshole and do all the right things so I don't get sick including getting blood work.
I felt so good at the beginning of the blast I got cocky and thought I'd be fine eating like shit and not taking a.i. or getting my blood works done. I'm the type that has to fuck up to learn but I learned my lesson.
