just like pusher said, they can draw your blood, it called no refusal, they can obtain a warrant, this is done all the time, they will set up a mobile lab in a parking lot, take you there after the arrest, and obtain a warrant on the spot, but this might be different in different states.

I had the displeasure and mistake of being guided to them for coaching about 5 years ago, and you're right about the protocols. This isn't some small time coach being made an example of. It's not a waste of resources to go after this group. These guys who were busted are the type that should be. They're the ones who give great coaches, competitors, and sizes freaks a bad rep to the GP.
They are the stereotype that puts all of us at risk.
They run multiple businesses to pass off their income. He destroyed his own kidneys and married the woman who was naive enough to give him one of hers. He only would work with the men (unless fbb) and she'd work with women...he had a problem with not cheating on her. They cut and paste nutrition protocols... some see results, and those who don't are ignored, are told they're lazy and not training hard enough. Bikini competitors pushed to do heavy rx protocols. Writing rx protocols for people, providing such rx. Getting paid through PayPal as if it were coaching services, and then dropping it in the mail. Running rx out of the gym, openly.
They were running a racket. Putting people in the hospital, 4 in one year, one of which died.
Lousy, rude people. Preying on innocent competitors, creating dependency, general asshole behavior.

South Dakota also has what's called "possession by ingestion"... which means if you're from CO or CA or wherever, and can use weed legally, and you fly to south Dakota for a wedding and you leave the reception and get pulled over for suspicion of DUI and you blow a .08 or .07 or whatever, they take you to the hospital and draw blood and if you have THC (legally, in the state where you live) in your blood, you're fucked and they'll charge you with MISD DUI and FELONY Poss by Ingestion. doesn't matter if you have a legal card, or even if it's legal for rec purposes where you're from and you have zero weed ON YOU in S.D., you're getting a felony, even if you go to trial. Prisons are FULL of guys for Poss by Ingest, whether it's weed or meth or coke or prescription meds (painkillers or benzos) that guys can't/couldn't produce a valid script.

Reminds me of people and their concealed carry permits. A federal law needs to be passed to address problems like this.

yep, I had my concealed carry as well as armed guard card in one state, yet I wasn't allowed to bring my weapons legally to CA.

SUPER hard to get a concealed carry in CA. they require a GOOD reason, such as if you're a jewler or own a pawn shop or payday loan/check cashing center.

some states, such as the one I got my concealed carry permit in (actually had armed guard cards in 2 states) won't let you even PURCHASE a handgun without a concealed carry permit. I'm not sure how Curio & Relic licences vary state to state, but I got my C&R license in the state I had my CCP and was having military surplus firearms delivered right to my door. 25yr old Norinco semi-auto ak's, M38's, M44's, CZ pistols, etc... I doubt that would fly here in CA.
