So got a cpap for the first time, im on my own and the mask that was with the machine is a pure nasal mask and that doesnt work for me, so which do you have ? any tips in regards to cpap ? its a resmed airsense 10.
I have a full beard as well and the one I posted earlier also works well for meI like this one. I have a full beard and it still works great. I think it’s on Amazon too

Agreed. The first time I used the nasal pillows I freaked out...couldn't get it off me fast enough. I used a full nasal mask for a long time but then gave the pillows another shot and now that's the only thing I'll use.I actually preferred the nasal pillows over the masks. I tried the mask and my face would get too hot and I could never get comfortable wearing it.

It seems to happen randomly and especially likely if I have not worn it for a couple of nights....just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Aerophagia occurs when air from a CPAP enters the esophagus and goes into the belly, rather than the airway and into the lungs. This can cause gas pains and distension of the stomach.
