Seems that some bodybuilders are nowadays using low dose semaglutide for GDA effects.
I was using regular berberine 500mg am / pm and it didn't do much. i mean it could be other things too since i am doing way more cardio this time around etc, but thats the thing with all this, we never do it in a controlled environment, usually its alongside other changes so hard to really pinpoint the exact efficacy of such products.Yes, but you dont know whether you wouldve achieved that from regular berberine as well.
THere are already studies that have shown that berbine vs dihyrdo have the same effect regardless of absorption.

I guess it really depends on whether or not you are using Berberine to clear blood glucose and remain as insulin sensitive as possible and potentially drive nutrients OR if you want the myriad of major health benefits that come along with something like berberine.but it eliminates the stomach issues a lot of guys have with regular berb hcl
If they fuck your stomach up then try using cinnamon. You use it in capsule form or raw on your food or both (best)
I actually just use Ceylon cinnamon on all my oats and cream of rice simply cause I really like it.
