Seems that some bodybuilders are nowadays using low dose semaglutide for GDA effects.

True Nutrition has one that didnt cause me any stomach issues. But thats just me, obviously everyone will differ. Just be sure to check your glucose before and after meals so you have some data to make decisions with. One thing on cinnamon ive red and heard here and there, make sure the product you use is ceylon cinnamon. That seems to be the most effective type for helping with blood glucose.

Yes, but you dont know whether you wouldve achieved that from regular berberine as well.
THere are already studies that have shown that berbine vs dihyrdo have the same effect regardless of absorption.

I was using regular berberine 500mg am / pm and it didn't do much. i mean it could be other things too since i am doing way more cardio this time around etc, but thats the thing with all this, we never do it in a controlled environment, usually its alongside other changes so hard to really pinpoint the exact efficacy of such products.

i would up the dose to 1.5g
That was the texting dosage they used in the study where 1.5g of berberine performed as well as 1.5g of metformin.

IME Carnosic Acid has been the only OTC product that didn't mess with my stomach and actually worked (lower fating blood glucose, leaner gains on a surplus and unlike the other popular supplements routinely used as GDA's it actually increased muscle fullness).

I guess it really depends on whether or not you are using Berberine to clear blood glucose and remain as insulin sensitive as possible and potentially drive nutrients OR if you want the myriad of major health benefits that come along with something like berberine.

If just blood glucose, I'd use some combo of ALA, Chromium Pic, Fenugreek Extract, and Cinnamon.

I actually just use Ceylon cinnamon on all my oats and cream of rice simply cause I really like it. Once you acquire a taste for it, the standard cassia that most stores sell taste weird lol.
