Man, that is exactly what I was thinking ! Very athletic, but not overbearing muscular like female bodybuilder/weightlifter. Also, not to thin like anorexic runway models. Very healthy looking, very fit. Very appealing. Great job !

well.....

all i can say is i am very proud of her!!! she cannot see how far she has come as like most of us she always want to be better. she really has the right attitude. so i try and remind her.....you look great. and she really has so much more energy. im very impressed with her. keep up the great work hunny, and 9 more weeks till you make even more people jaws drop!!!!

I am not kissing ass, or trying to get on his good side. that being said,phil really has done a great job. although i dont understand any of his diet nor training, it works, bottom line.
it seems unorthadox to what alot of us is used to but it amazing.
