This has been my progress over the last year after being lazy/out of the gym for probably 8-9 years! This has been my first time working with a coach and actually following a meal plan/workout plan and giving it 100%!
I think I’m done with the ink! The older I get the more painful it is! LOL But then again I always say that! My wife just rolls her eyes now when I tell her I’m done!

Thanks bro!! I am now around 212 lbs. as of a few days ago! About 10-12 weeks left of this off-season plan left I am thinking (been hitting it hard for about 12 weeks now)! The pictures are about 5 1/2 months apart from the leanest I was until now. Definitely excited to see what I look like after dieting down again at some point!
Thanks brother! I have been working with Dave Palumbo since I started back in the gym again for a little over a year now! Diet is going well and pretty straightforward for the most part! Carbs are at 300g right now and protein and fats have stayed the same! I really don't know what the plan is, either take an "off" period then continue gaining or diet down. I would really like to continue to gain some size though and try and do some local shows for the fun of it some time in the next year or two! I just turned 39 so keeping expectations low, but really am just enjoying the process and setting goals for myself!
Just some more random pictures from yesterday! I think I’ve added some good chest thickness over this year which was a goal of mine (in addition to just overall thickness rich is coming along). Not sure what I’m weighing but will find out with check in with coach tomorrow morning.
