I'm 29. 5'9 140. Been working out for months, I was 160 and went down to 140 losing body fat. Now I've kind of just stayed where I am at. My long term goal is to be able to enter a bikini division competition. I know I'll need to hire a trainer soon for workouts and meals plans.
I'm posting this for my gf, she is 26yo, 5'7", 135lbs and she is trying to tone up. I have anavar and I'm considering giving it to her but she is on a few medications.
