I have just recently started using some DMAA that I bought awhile back from TueProtein/TrueNutrition and this shit is an awesome pre-workout. I just tore up 16 working sets of shoulders and easily felt like I could do plenty more. If any of you guys take this how many mg's do you like to take? I've been taking around 50 mg and it definitely gets the job done.
Been really liking my pre/intra/post shake that I have been playing around with and pumps have been great, I bought all the products separately so I can alter to my liking. I throw it all in one bottle and sip on it before and throughout the workout, saving about 1/3 for post workout. So far it has consisted of:
2 Scoops Karboload
2 tbs glycerin
2 scoops leucine
GAKG 2:1 (glutamine) just eye but around 3 gms
CEE same about 3 gms
Beta Alanine about 2 gms
I also take some vitamin C before leaving for the gym as well. I think I might throw in some of my LBA's pre-workout tomorrow as well. Any input from you guys that make your own pre/intra workout shakes would be appreciated as this is my first time making my own...
