1,3 DMAA

I have just recently started using some DMAA that I bought awhile back from TueProtein/TrueNutrition and this shit is an awesome pre-workout. I just tore up 16 working sets of shoulders and easily felt like I could do plenty more. If any of you guys take this how many mg's do you like to take? I've been taking around 50 mg and it definitely gets the job done.

Been really liking my pre/intra/post shake that I have been playing around with and pumps have been great, I bought all the products separately so I can alter to my liking. I throw it all in one bottle and sip on it before and throughout the workout, saving about 1/3 for post workout. So far it has consisted of:

2 Scoops Karboload
2 tbs glycerin
2 scoops leucine
GAKG 2:1 (glutamine) just eye but around 3 gms
CEE same about 3 gms
Beta Alanine about 2 gms

I also take some vitamin C before leaving for the gym as well. I think I might throw in some of my LBA's pre-workout tomorrow as well. Any input from you guys that make your own pre/intra workout shakes would be appreciated as this is my first time making my own...

I love it too, but I am a currently waiting to do a drug screening for the government and read on a US navy medical site it is known to cause false positive hits. Now upon GC/MS testing it proves it to be a false positive. But this will delay the results because the sample has to be sent off for this verification.

My concern would be some fly by night piss test factory would just tell a prospective employer 'he tested positive' and never do the confirmation.

Ya I thought that was a possibility, a had a buddy that was on Jackd3d that tested positive because of it....

I must be resistant to it or something. Toile 100 mg worth along with 300 mg or caffeine. It did wake me up, but didn't make me super energized. Did notice it stayed in my system for a long time. Took it at 1 pm had a hard time getting to bed at night

Loved this stuff pre workout but it just got banned her im Oz!!! Bloody government interfering in everything.....even OTC supps are no longer safe

Yup sucks. Since it was getting banned I switched to DS Craze and this stuff blows Dmaa/jacked away imo.

Did legs today and took the DMAA before heading to the gym, think I'm going to leave it out on leg days cause I get pretty nauseous today...
