hey guys I have been lurking on the boards for a while now. I use to be a skinny anorexic 4 years ago. weighing 119lbs. now senior year in college I am doing my 2nd show. first time in the open. last year I won a novice LH class and 2nd overall.

let me know what u think, what do I need to work on the most this offseason. I am planning on doing collegeite nationals this july, if I can put on another 10lbs or so.

i will post a bunch so you can get a good critique. here is first 5

Although i'm not a judge or anything... i would say more back thickness and width, and more arm size in general.

but wow, fantastic job. would you mind giving us some insight on you diet?
 
I actually go to school for dietetics so the dieting goes pretty easy for me. I have done carb cyling, keto diets and everything seems to work for me.

this show I did old school approach that my trainer put me on.
very simple
200g of carbs a day (starting 16 weeks out, only oats, red potatoa, rice cakes, brown rice,some fruit)
then at 8 weeks out I switched to only brown rice and rice cakes.

protein is around 420g a day or so.
16 weeks out, fish, lean steak, tuna, whey, egg whites almost anything lean is acceptable>
8weeks out. I only take in chicken lean white fish and whey

only 10 g of added fats. the rest of the fat is from what is naturally ocurring in food. I had about 1 1/2 tablespoon nat PB a day thats it

total the diet is maybe 2500 calories. u can also eat pretty much as many veggies as u want, there not to be counted in the diet. water intake was really high 2-3 gal a day. also drank a ton of green,black and peach tea.

oh and absolutley no cardio untill 6 weeks out I started walking on tredmill 2x a day 30min sessions on 2. last couple weeks I did a bit more, just out of obsessive compulsive behavior.

I was eating 6600 calories in offseason and was to fat. so when I started this diet I dropped dramtically in weight from 252lbs to 234 in 2 weeks. then it leveled out a bit and I have been losing 2 or so a week.

this next offseason I wont make the mistake of getting fat. my last show I lost 60lbs. this show 50lbs.

I would like to stay within 25 or 30 for my next one. so I am going to lean bulk this year instead of pig out.
 
Really good job on your conditioning. I would devote a whole year to adding some mass all over. Especially your back. You have a good shape and as I said great job on the conditioning. Give it some time to fill out and you will have a top physique. Good work.

nope no lowering them at all. keep them consistant so my body adapted well to it. I really havent changed much of anything the whole prep. I am always to scared to throw my body a curve ball and take a risk. I have heard to many horror stories of people switching things up and then there body throws a temper tantrum and revolts on them.

oh and I was 202 in these. just trying to drop alitle more fat on glutes and fluch out a bit of water and weigh in right on the money 198.

also with my diet I ate 7 meals a day. first 4 had 50g carbs each. last 3 had no carbs.

meals 1 and 3 had 1tsp or so natural PB
I trained after my 2nd meal almost every day, and ate my third after training. meals 1 and 3 were always the same.
meals 2 and 4 were always the same.
5-7 varried a bit. sometimes fish, chicken, weigh, egg whites. but 6 weeks out its only chicken.

took LBAs and creatine 30min prior to workoing out. and then again right after.
