Yes, about that. I can nail the conditioning.. just need to add the fullness to attain the winning "total package".
Shelby your inner thighs look like they have come up from your pictures in the past. Is this just your freakish conditioning showing better muscle separation or have you been doing something special lately besides heavy squats, like Dante's protocol for the sartorius? (abductor machine, etc...)

I think you mean the adductor machine? I've been using that every leg workout for the last year or so.

I dont know how you do it, dieting for so long and looking great all the way. Good move to go middle for Nats. Keep up the hard work and discipline. Come in shredded as a middle and you will do very well.
If you dont mind me asking. How much cardio are you doing now Shelby?
