Depends on what the schedule entails for the next 10 weeks, but I would say yes you're definitely on schedule.

Thanks for the input guys.Appreciate it.Havent been pre contest for approx 7 years,so cant really remember how i should be looking for 10 weeks out lol :)

Contest is NABBA qualifier for British Finals.Im 211 in the pics.What type of weight do you think i am looking at coming in at ? The scale isnt changing much,but im just 2 weeks into my "Supplement" plan and 5 weeks into the diet...

Well,Nabba is height class,so no worries about making weight.I may do a UKBFF contest later in the year,which is weight class.I would be very happy @ 198 Shredded :) Coming in at the top of the LHW rather than being bottom end of HW....

What is hurting your physique is your arms from the back.......did you hurt your left tricep? In the relaxed pose it looks smaller...........back double bicep is a pose that hurts also, specifically your right lat.......you need more glute mass from behind......tad smaller waist would help from behind also or try to thicken up your lats.

I say that you're right on the money for 10 weeks out!

That's perfect actually, you look pretty hard and solid, just chisle away at that for 8 weeks, then you have the last two to fine tune it.

I just read what Phil posted above this comment. I see what he's talking about, but try to not squeeze the glutes so hard in the back pose, relax it more, and lower the arms a little more in the back pose, not so high, try a pic with the arms hanging a little lower.

perfect phil, I agree, but didn't really notice the tricep i will admit. edited (ok now i see what your talking about phil)
