Hi guys, This is a 10wks out post, got no pics sadly, duet to camera memory full!. any ways i been down lately, i bin feeling shit, been looking shit, i bin thinking of bowing out from my up coming comp. HOWEVER, last night, i carbed up a little, felt sorry for myself, took the day off weights. I looked at my body this morning, and OMG....I couldnt believe how much its changed over the past 2weeks ( from 12weeks out )... I took advice from people, main event, and especially old fella.!!!! he is da MAN!.... Got back to my game plan, thought to myself, do i want this or not? I did cardio this morning at 5.55am for 45mins...Then went work, came back and ive just finished working out my chest/delts day, I broke records in the gym. Even though my carbs atm are only 150. However, i mentally physiqued myself up, i watched ronnie colemans DVD's - The Unbelievable... I wanted to train heavy, i wanted to get that feeling back into my system where i dominate the gym and weights, get into the zone, brake the pain barrier. I dnt want to feel sorry for myself any more, and act like a total P*SSY.!!!
The new leaf and attitude i woke up today with...Is... 10wks till competition...i am going to do it, YES. Not maybe, or shall i....I AM.... I worked out, and done personal best's especially in bench press... 110kg for 7 reps, which is personal best, and even better when im dieting down for a show. This indicates to me, mentally preparing yourself, is such an important thing when getting heavily into this sport... This post , some people may laugh at, i dnt know. But to me, this may help people relating to competition problems, especially going into a first competition, or competing at a young age...
