I think my chin finally came out of hibernation this week.
I was 216 this morning, which is the lowest I’ve been during the prep so far.
This week I’m running 2 high carb days, 2 mediums, and 3 lows. I’ve reduced the carbs on my high days from 600 grams down to 500, so I’m not quite as full at the end of those days anymore.
Cardio is currently at 45 minutes, 5 days a week (all mediums and lows). The majority of this is being done on the stepmill.
Strength is still pretty decent – I’m still consistently setting small PRs pretty much every time I train.
