yeah, im in the best shape of my life, and dare i say resemble a bodybuilder or atleast one that works out....im very happy... frustrated at times..

last 2 days sucked, had a headache for like 40 hr and percocets (vicodin) didnt cure...so again, no training....fack

Do you have similar shots from before you started working with Phil. I see you have made improvements and it would b nice to see some side by side shots.
 
also.....youre getting veins to stick out now bro. def keep it up man. i think you'll be a vascular mf'er when u progress a little more!

Nice improvements, stay consistant, and you will surprise even yourself.
 
Stay with it. Takes time - sometimes you doubt yourself, but stick with it and you will improve a lot over time.

The most important thing is to stick to your diet at this age (I think you've mentioned that you are in your 30s? If not, my appologies :eek: ). I'm assuming that working out is the easy part.

I usually have a cheat meal/snack once a week or once e2wks.
