Hey guys, Its been a while since I posted, Ive been super busy lately! Between family, working, gym, cooking and sleeping.. its hard to get a little pro muscle in now a days.. Anyhow, I am 11 weeks out from ABA Natural show I plan on doing here in Tucson AZ, and this time I plan on bringing IT!!!..No more messing around..(spilt hams and shredded glutes) I have been contest dieting now for 10 weeks..and everything is going great..I love my new approach, My carbs are high, still strong and im losing about a pound of bodyfat a week..My weight currently is 156lbs. Here are some current shots. Any input would be greatly appreicated!! (Bad or good) I will try to put up some leg shots tonight. Thanx for taking the time to check them out!
I could care less how many weeks out you are, I think you look great.
And to my eye(s), your physique is very symmetrical, evenly balanced,
with very good shape. Nothing stands out or screams neglect. What-
ever you are doing is working. Keep it up and, I think you have the
genetics and the knack for this, an all too uncommon combination.

careful you dont diet too hard too fast. you were pretty lean to begin with. the updated pics you are thinning out in my opinion. ease up on the diet a tad if you ask me. dont sacrifice your muscle to get ripped, as i said you were pretty lean already, im sure you will be in shape no doubt, just try to keep your size
