these were taken 2 days after I recovered from a stomach virus...I lost 14lbs in 6 days...I oculd only eat once a day...and would lose about 6lbs out either end...not a good week...I look flat

Sorry about teh pics, but the pics are in a room that if someone saw and knew me, they woudl know exactly where they were taken...so agin sorry for the messy pics...I will post more when things get back to normal.

YEs...I have started squatting again...it has been a good 8 months since i have squatted a couple nagging small injuries have kept me from getting under the rack.

My father is 6'5" and has been as high as 300lbs...not muscle, but his legs were still skinny...my mother does not have big legs either, so I am challenged there and I like that...My ass can grow, but the legs are not my strong point. Maybe if I trimmed the hair off of them to bring out the detqail...

I knew I would get the best feedback from you guys...thank you for the comments...I hope to see JETHRO, XCEL, and others at the EMERALD CUP around 260 to 270

I know I am not one of the genetically gifted fellas around here, but I am strong as an ox I just did not get the good shape like a BBer needs...we will see what i look like when I am 270ish...

I have not worked my abs in about 7 months...I have been slacking...I guess I have been a little burnt out...

I am hoping my new trainer will help kick me back into gear...I am motivated to grow, but I think I just need to hit a new gym and a new group of people.

tanning once a week will be in my future....working nights, I never see the sun.

I'll be judging in Spokane but after the show the wife and I always try and hang out with my long time buddy Brad Hollibaugh...hes always fun to hang with. At the Cup I'll be expiditing so come backstage and we'll Help Lynx and Heckal Jethro LOL. I believe they will both be competing in both shows....can't wait to see that big bastard shredded and huge!! We all know what Lynx will look like from the other post....absolutlely gorgeous!!
