We train out of Jag Fitness in Snellville. It's Ropemans new gym. A real hard-core, old-school, gym. Haven't been in Main Event yet...I need to check it out. You still in the area?

No, not since 97' when i graduated. It was owned by Lex and Sting back in the old days....also miss the old coffee's. Coffee's was a hell hole, but awesome.

That's a very good height and weight ratio.

Quads look great full sweep. Very lean, just a tiny bit of water, but that's best to keep on until the last two weeks or so.

You should do very well, can't wait to see updated pics.

Thanks guys. So thankful I started back then to get back into shape...gave me a new lease on life.

I have NO IDEA how I got that incredible reverse tan...lmao. like i was wearing a mask the whole time while in the pool. lol

I was weighing over 200lbs in that 2003 pic...I know when I started the whole process I was about 25% body fat. From 2003/04-05', got down to 156lbs from over 200lbs!! That was my first competition weight. 06', competed in the upper 160's. 07' I weighed in at 188 at my first NPC show (Coastal USA). Last year, I weighed in at 208 in the Atlantic States...should have been closer to 200. And this year 215ish I would imagine.

I'll post more on dieting, etc.

Thanks very much! I'm just shy of 5'9"...and probably cuz I'm small boned and have long muscle insertions, I suppose. But I LOVE looking bigger than I am. Rich Gaspari thought I was 20lbs heavier than I was at Atlantic States. That was a great complement. Last year, I got up to 233 @12% and this year 251 @12%. Curious to see how it translates on stage. I feel I'm bringing the most even and proportional physique I have so far...been pretty bottom heavy. Just have to shred it up...and hope for the best! lol.
