Still fat but making good improvements daily. Weight was 214.4 this morning. Cardio is still 20 minutes daily and diet hasn't changed too much since I started the prep 3 and a half weeks ago. All constructive criticism is welcome.

I can honestly say, every year you are improving in size and overall quality. Definitely motivating bro!

These are the only two fotos that we
can use for a valid comparison.

To be honest, don't see any difference
(maybe in the face).

But then again, I don't know what your
expectations are at this point in time,
so weight / fat wise you might be where
you want to be at this juncture.

I will say this though . . . your arms look
huge -- full in the double-bi at 14.5 weeks.
Did you just work them?

Overall though, you are improved, a bigger
"picture" all around, scaled up a bit, than
last year. Good job.

Hang on to as much of the hard earned
muscle as you can and you'll do just fine.

Thanks alfresco. These pics were after training chest, shoulders, and triceps.

The side chest comparisons probably aren't the best - but you can see my midsection is leaner in that shot, as is my glute / ham tie-in area. I'm down about 10 pounds since that pic at 17.5 weeks out, most of it in my midsection, lower back, and face, lol.

Do you get those marks on your back when you do chest? I usualy get something similar form laying on the bench, its like a benchpress hicky lol.

That's actually shingles - I've had them on my back there and also my left arm for almost a week now. They're on their way out now though, thankfully.

My wife had them a while back, I believe from stress. You did tighten up, keep doing what your doing.

Shingles suck bro, I got them two years ago after I competed on my side and they hurt. Just my shirt touching them was painful
