14 weeks in...**Updated with leg pics**

Just a couple of new pics taken this week. 14 weeks into a lean bulk period. Started at 175lbs...now I'm 190 at the same or a little lower bodyfat. Strength is up a ton and still getting leaner. My goal is a state NPC show in June 2010. I I know I have a long long way to go but I love the work it takes to get there.

Thanks for the kind words guys...and Alfresco-here's my background if you were wondering:

Got back into training this year after a long layoff. I dieted from a FAT 225 lbs to 175 between January and June before deciding I was lean enough to put some more mass on. Upped my calories by around 500 per day and added some supplements. Now it's 14 weeks later and I'm 15lbs heavier. I've been playing with my diet for years and know very well how changes will affect my body. My goal is to add another 10 lean pounds or so before I compete next year, and I think it's definitely possible.

I didn't omit leg shots on purpose...just haven't had a place to get a good shot of them. I'll try to get some in the next day or so. They definitely don't lean out as quickly as my upper body, but I'm getting some decent separation in them. Never really had a problem with them, as I come from a cycling background-I was a mountain bike racer before I began bodybuilding.
 
Nice work. Very solid with good flow. I especially like the back dub bi.

Here's a couple shots of my legs...the pics aren't that good-a combination of bad lighting and shaky "stimulant hands" lol. But here you go. Not as lean or quite as full as my upper body, but I'm training them hard and trying to improve. The last pic is of my calf...I consider my calves to be one of my best bodyparts.

Nice wheels.

Usually when people first post images of themselves
and do not include their legs (this includes me) it's
because their legs are weak. This is not the case
with you. They seem to in-line with everything else.
Excellent. And you are right about your calves . . .
simply outstanding. And pardon the pun, they will
take you far. Most don't have them to start and don't
ever really get them. Not you. You probably don't do
anything special for them . . . right?

Thanks again Alfresco...and when it comes to my calves, I do absolutely nothing special...in fact, I haven't trained them even once in probably 5 or 6 years.
 
Calves look great. Legs arent really lacking but they could definitely use some size cuz those calves are sick(in a good way) and bigger legs would balance ya out with those calves. You are looking great! everything will come in very nicely for ya bro! keep up the good work!
