HERE ARE SOME UPDATED PICS OF ME TAKEN THIS WEEKEND...IM SITTING AROUND 245LBS NOW...I STARTED MY DIET AT 16 WEEKS OUT, JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE...IM NOT SURE HOW MUCH MORE I GOT TO LOSE, BUT IM STILL PLANNING ON BEING IN THE HEAVYWEIGHTS...PROBABLY RIGHT AT THE LIMIT AT 225...
ANYWAY, TRAINING IS GOING GREAT, STRENGH IS HOLDING GOOD, ON A LOW CARB DIET (IM DOING MORE PALUMBO DIET THIS YEAR, WITH MY TWIST ON IT)...
THESE PICS WERE TAKEND RIGHT BEFORE MY CARB UP DAY, SO IM PRETTY FLAT IN THEM...LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINK
