I started my prep about a month ago and I thought I'd post some pics to chart my progress and motivate me to get/keep my ass in gear. I think I've made some improvements this past offseason, but I've still got a lot of room for improvement.. so feel free to speak up with any constructive criticism... I'm all ears.
Morning bodyweight has been floating between 213-217 for the last couple of weeks. These pics were taken yesterday after training back, chest, biceps, and calves.
