|--[\\\]>------- well, as usual, i am anti-social so all i do is watch movies at home or at the theaters. i saw 3 this weekend and here is my take on all 3:

Hostel: My god is all i have to say. I felt sick to my stomach after seeing it. From the previews, you can tell it's pretty goory(sp) but i had NO IDEA! Basically, it's about a Hostel in europe that kidnaps kids and rich/sick ppl pay the hostel to live our their sick fantasy of tourturing and killling ppl. Its definately NOT for the weak stomach...i thought saw was graphic, but this takes it to a whole 'nutha level. i did not like it at all

Brokeback mountain: Uh....i did this one for my gf...she ALWAYS goes to the ones i want to see, so i gave in for her. STUPID movie once again, not b/c of the whole gay aspect, but it was slow moving and VERY LONG! I am not homophobic, but i do NOT find it confortable to watch 2 kissing, let alone actually engaging in sex! I mean these two REALLY went after each other on screen, the acting defiantely had me fooled! no wonder why there is so much oscar buzz for these two. IMO, dont waste your time unless you owe your girl BIG like i did..LOL

King Kamali: AWN was nice enuff to lend me this dvd this weekend...entertaining to say the least. it's VERY short compared to most bbing dvds...it shows him off season and i mean he is off season, but at 291 and still has abs, i'm impressed. his lifts are pretty sloppy, but he does move some weight. my absolute fav. scene is leg day when he shows his high school training partner doing legs with him and then blowing chunks into a garbage can for a good while! LOL! it was funny

BIG BAD ASIAN...I WAS GOING TO SEE THAT LAST NIGHT...

BUT WE HAD A TWO HOUR DRIVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO AFTER THE MOVIE...I WAS ALREADY YAWNING....SO WE DECIDED NOT TO DO IT. MAYBE IT'S GOOD FROM THE SOUNDS OF IT....I ONCE TRIED TO WATCH THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACURE AND I HAD TO TURN IT OFF.

NOW THAT BROKE BACK MOUNTAIN SHIT....I'LL NEVER PAY TO WATCH FAGS GO AT IT. HELL, I WON'T EVEN WATCH WILL AND GRACE. I AM ATTRACTED TO DEBRA MESSING THOUGH.....THE RED HEAD. ANYWAY....SORRY YOU GOT ROPED INTO WATCHING THAT GARBAGE. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN BURN THOSE IMAGES OUT OF YOUR MIND AT THE SQUAT RACK OR SOMETHING!

hostel.... man, I saw that last night with my brother too. shit... this is coming from a guy that loves horror movies, but that shit grossed me out. I ate right before the movie and, yea I might sound like a punk, but I thought my dinner was going to come back up. Not a movie I ever want to see again.

Look, I worked in TV for 5 years and I've written scripts (nothing ever made into a movie sad to say) and I've always defended movies when they were attacked, saying "shit, it's just a movie" I may be going over the line by saying this, but where does it go from here? whats it going to progess to in the next 10-15 years? I'm sorry, that wasn't a "horror" movie if you ask me, horror is scary, that movie just grossed me the f' out. it really turned my stomach. My brother was cracking up though, cuz I leaned over and told him I didn't know if I could stay for the entire film. he got a good laugh at my expense =).

what was really sad, it a couple took, i guess it was their kid, boy was about 9-10 years old, not to mention the sex scenes the movie had, wtf? were they thinking taking a child to see that?

I just wonder what kind of films are children are going to be subject to... I'm changing my views on an industry I used to love and be a part of and that saddens me.

My thoughts exactly, that was the sickest shit ever. I almost had to leave, but i seriously jsut closed my eyes for soem parts instead. My friend was saying there was some episode on dateline a while back where they talked about how that kind of stuff really goes on in some small foreign countries

For any history buffs out there I thought MUNICH was a great flick. Its long as hell but the whole story about the 72 oylmpics and the struggle between the Jews and Palestinians really shows you how much two people can hate each other over God and religion. Depressing in some spots but pretty cool the way the movie was shot.

I've heard from various critics that this is supposed to be the movie of the year.

Also, I think that movie coming out called Wolf Creek is supposed to be pretty sick, same creators as Chainsaw Massacre, which in my opinion was not as good as the first tone...

|--[\\\]>------- wolfcreek is horrible too, saw that dumbass flick over Xmass time...waste of money. same premiss as every horror movie these days, a few kids travel, they wonder off, s'one stops to help, they trust him, he captures them, tortures them and kills them...
