weight- I would guess about 230 on stage...But, I can see myself dropping into the heavys and being right at 225...

What did you weigh the last contest you did?

Mainevent- I was 220 for the Ironman back in Decmeber (9th) of last year...If I do a warm up show Im sure I will be in the super's...But for the Junior's I could be a heavy, if I dont feel like I have the size to be competive in the super's..But, we will see..Im still growing well and Im filling out my back and chest really well this year...

Looking great bro. Good luck with the shows and I agree, if you can compete in the 225 class you will be nearly impossible to beat if your condition is good.
