Josh,

Serratus looks great and pec-delt tie-in is full! Arms are up to par, too. Small waist and nice taper!

Things to work on:

Calves could use a little more mass, as well as Hammies. (Who couldn't use more leg mass?... ) BTW, on your front double-bi, you might put one leg out to the side, to emphasize your the "X" look you get with your taper.

-Back thickness (from front to back - BO rows are a great choice) as well as bringing out the bottoms of the lats (tough for everyone).

Hard to tell r.e. conditioning. Looks like pretty shitty lighting and your camera takes pics like mine. 8^)

Great overall. It is only a matter of fine-tuned diet now.

On a side note: Don't wear trunks that are too small or low on the hips since with your frame it could make your upper body look drawn verticly. Experiment with a few and you'll see the difference.
 
legs

u need to pointyour knees out and flex your rectuc femoris, (that split in the middle of your legs) not only will it make your legs look more defined but it will also make them look wider and bigger on stage. Try flexing with your knees facing forward then out toward the side makes a whole bunch of difference. Look great, look like last minute diet and water/sodium and your ready.

-Gooey, my guess is hes standing as is to give his legs more sweep etc. none the less he should try what you said aswell1 ;)
