I am 5'9" and weighing 185lbs. I will be doing the novice division as it will be my first time as a light-heavyweight. I weighed 171lbs when i competed last year. I've been competing for 13 years, I am 32, and have been in every weight class starting as a lightweight and I know for my height I need to be light-heavy. Gaining slowly but consistently. Last off-season was great since I'll be 11-13 lbs heavier.
I know I need to bring up my Hamstrings and delts. Any other advice? Be brutally honest.
