BUddy you've done great I just tweaked you a little and adjusted some thingst to help tighten you up and keep you full. You are giving me way to much credit my friend you did all the hard work yourself I just kept you going in the right direction. Next year we will have alot of surprises in store for alot of people. I am very impressed with your discipline and dedication to being the best you can be regardless of what you have to go thrue in terms of cardio,depleation,ect..... you have true heart buddy and that is the true sign of a champion regardless of the placings but need not worry I think you'll be just fine come Saturday!LOL best wishes and you now have your updates waiting for you buddy. your friend wyldeone.

No worries your right on track and the carb up is coming along nicely just make sure to get me those updates tomorrow so I can make the final adjustments. thank you to all the members who have shown Jerry their encouragement as well as all of my clients this year. It is always nice to get those encouraging words the last few weeks as from a competetors standpoint it really drives you to keep going when the going gets tough and from talking to all of them i know that it really helps. this board has always been great for that and the support everyone shows eachother is second to none. wyldeone.

OBVIOUS DISCIPLINE. ONE THING AND IT IS PROBABLY STUPID OF ME....WHEN YOU ARE DOING YOUR REAR LAT SPREAD (CHECK THE PIC) YOU MIGHT SEE IF YOU LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKS BETTER WITHOUT TIPPING YOUR HEAD SO FAR FORWARD. THAT WAY YOUR SPINE ( THAT BIG VERTIBRAE BETWEEN YOUR TRAPS!) WON'T BE STICKING OUT SO FAR. I NOTICED THAT IN MY OWN PICS THAT I TOOK PRIOR TO COMPETITION AND DIDN'T REALLY LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKED.
